Abstract Composite Images
The images below are the result of a series of experiments
where I incorporated patterns
and movement in light, which I captured through time exposure digital photography, and composited
in PhotoShop. This painterly approach to photography is simmilar to oil painting, using layers of color
and value to produce visually engaging spaces.
One notable difference between this digital art form and oil painting, is:
In traditional oil painting, the light is reflected off of the surface of the work.
In this Digital art form, light is projected through the image from behind.
